Good to know : The ALFLAK provide both -
Pulse Laser Welding & Laser Cladding

The AL-PF provides highly accurate and controlled delivery of powder materials for laser deposition welding. It can be operated directly with ALPHA LASER systems, such as ALFlak, but also functions independently if required.

Thanks to its precise rotational speed control of the dosing plate, powder is fed with high accuracy. The transparent designed Plexiglas dosing unit, allowed a clear visual monitoring of the powder flow process.

The AL-FLOW powder ring gap nozzle provides uniform, direction-independent powder feeding for precise laser cladding deposition and protective coatings. It creates pore- and crack-free layers with minimal mixing and supports wear, corrosion, and abrasion protection, multi-layer coatings, and 3D structures. Compatible with ALFlak1200F, it ensures reliable performance, efficient processing, and maximum component service life.
